Join Our Community of Educators!

This work is grounded in something truly essential: the power of educators coming together to form a strong, supportive community. When we collaborate, we not only learn from one another—we also amplify our impact. Teaching students with extensive and complex support needs requires creativity, persistence, and deep individualized understanding, often in the face of limited resources and systemic barriers. Because of these challenges, it's essential for educators to share resources, strategies, and encouragement, lifting each other up to ensure every student receives the support they deserve.

Research shows that communities of practice can create powerful opportunities for educators to collaborate, innovate, and drive meaningful change. That’s why we are forming networks of educators committed to supporting and teaching students with extensive and complex support needs—and we’d love for you to be part of it!

What’s in it for you?

  • A supportive, like-minded community where we can share challenges, strategies, and solutions.

  • In-person gatherings at Lesley’s campus—great conversations, meaningful connections, and of course, good food!

  • The chance to shape our group’s identity (yes, our first task is choosing a name!)

  • A space to network, grow, and develop practical strategies tailored to the unique needs of our students.
